Discover Northern Ireland Hotel is planned for City Airport The BBC has learned there are plans to build a hotel at Belfast City Airport. It follows news that the airport is also considering an extension to its runway. It is understood the airport wants to build a hotel close to the terminal building, possibly on the site of the short stay car park.
